Edirisinghe Business Consulting is led by Dulshan Edirisinghe, a finance and business professional with extensive experience in Accounting, Auditing, Business Advisory, Company Secretarial, and corporate management across Sri Lanka’s professional and commercial sectors.

Dulshan Edirisinghe is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA – UK), an Associate Member of the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA – UK), and an Associate Member of the Chartered Professional Managers Institute (Asia). In addition, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Colombo. He is also a Registered Company Secretary under the Companies Act of Sri Lanka and registered with the Department of Registrar of Companies in Sri Lanka.

With over 10 years of professional experience, he has worked across mid-tier and Big 4 audit firms, gaining valuable exposure in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and business advisory services across a wide range of industries.

In addition to his professional practice experience, he has also held managerial-level positions within the commercial sector, particularly in large-scale manufacturing environments with annual turnovers exceeding LKR 12 billion. This combination of professional and commercial exposure provides him with a practical understanding of business operations, financial management, corporate strategy, and growth-oriented decision-making.
